What's the importance of a LOGO? Why would I need one?
You should know a logo isn't just a simple icon, emblem or wordmark related to your artistic name that you can use in your works as watermark or signature to make them look a bit more pretty. No, a logo it's how people will recognize your works as yours.
Companies use logos becuase that's how their clients recognize their products or services between the competence and it's often more important than their own name or even the quality of their products. That's because we think in images, NOT WORDS. When I mention you Apple what's the first thing you think? It's not the word "apple", nor an ippone, is the logo we all know. That's why images are so important, products with good identities tend to be remembered and shared more easily.

Let's talk of an hypothetical case that you have cellphone you like a lot, it works great and looks awesome but it has a little failure, the icon on it's back is this How comfortable would you feel to show it to your friends and recommend it? Not much isn't it? This is something that many good brands have faced and some have disappeared because of it while others, with not so good products, have found an opportunity thanks to their good identity.
Why I'm mentioning this?
Many potential clients have asked me, with these exact words, "why do you charge so much for your logos? Illustrations of other artists here on dA are less expensive and are much more complex" Well, the answer is easy but detailed.

Interesting fact, many jeans brands pay less than $0.75 to make a pair of jeans and sell them at $200.00 once the brand is attached to them.

- The price of my commissions on dA is less than I usually earn for my works. That's because I adjusted my prices to the budgets people here can pay confortably and because it usually takes less time and effort.
- Logos aren't illustrations, logos are displayed all the time and are used for commercial purposes. If I logo I make for you for $60.00 can help you earn $6,000.00 I think it's a pretty cheap price to pay.
- It's just not a logo, it's an Identity you can use for all your life if you wish, even more.
Last thoughts
Finally I just want to say that though I know I still have much to learn and that there are many other people better than me at making logos, I'm a professional. Not only because I'm an actual designer, with title an everything, but because I have the experience of making literally thousands of designs. If you have worked with me you will know I will offer you many design approaches, making adjustments, discarding ideas and trying new ones, all until you are happy with it.

Sad News
Hi Everyone! It's been a long time since I made a journal or any other publication outside of uploading my works. I hope you all are doing well. I wish the reason for this post was positive but sadly it is not. I won't beat around the bush and just say that I won't be uploading any new works here and my interactions with the website will be even less than they are now. Initially I reduced my time on DeviantArt because I had to follow my clients. I just wasn't finding enough work here. Then coming back to see the new works of my friends become harder because the interface of the website is not very friendly. Sometimes it feels like a chore. And most of my friends also moved to other places. But now I just can't agree the current policies of the website related to AI. It has become a place I don't recognize anymore. I'm keeping my gallery as a record of my old works and I have the tiny hope one day they will rectify their policies and it will become a website that welcomes all kinds
IMPORTANT UPDATE
Hi everyone! It's been literal years since I made a new journal. Usually, I only update my Project's List, the Commission's Guide, and the Service Review Today I would like to share with everyone a bit of what's happening in my life lately. First I want to apologise for the lack of comments. Sadly I spend most of my time working and on other social media because I don't find many clients in dA anymore. I still come in every day and I give jewels to as many projects as I can but that's about it. I miss the old days when I could spend hours commenting on work until I was stopped because the system thought I was spamming, but such is life now. I will share the links to other places where you can find me at the end of this post. The current situation To make the story short, my dad is very sick. For the past 8 or 9 months he has been battling cancer. And now he can barely walk. This means he and my mom will have to give up their jobs which makes me the sole income bringer of my

Important to Commissioners To all my commissioners, please don't forget to tell me if you wish to be contacted here, your email, or some other way you feel it's more comfortable. If there are sudden changes like leaving on vacations or need to postpone the project; and if you change your alias or nickname in case I can't find you when your design is ready. Remember that if I don't get an answer after 10 days of the last design approach, I consider the project abandoned. Commissions My commissions are always open, I just ask you to be patient because I work on them as ideas come by. I try to finish them as fast as I can but I give priority to quality over speed. Those interested please read the Commissions Guide Commission Requests List (Progress): Everyone who requested a commission please look on the list to see the progress. This is not to pressure you but to keep you informed of the project. (NP) - Awaiting payment (FP) - Payment complete (V) - Don't display in portfolios
